Alpha StarterPAC is aimed firmly at organisations with 1-5 PCs that need occasional ad-hoc support at a fixed price. These smaller companies typically have little or no IT skills in-house. They need to know that their IT solution provider can be called upon as required with the proviso that their costs are minimised. StarterPAC™ meets these requirements perfectly.

Benefits

		Pre-paid support time (purchased in blocks of 30 units) can be used for either telephone help-desk and/or ad-hoc on-site engineer visits. Alpha ensures that these units last longer in the way we log and deduct actual support time from your account.
		All telephone support calls are logged to the nearest minute and ad-hoc engineer visits to the nearest 15 minutes). This approach maximises the number of times you can request support for the number of units purchased. Compare this to the typical approach used by most support companies which is to log onsite visits to the nearest 1 hour.
		The Cost Saver Rates option enable you to save an additional 5% to 30% on the cost of the pre-paid units for larger bulk purchase of support units.
