This is where our Remote Support module really gives you an advantage.
The bottom line is that it is often quicker
and therefore less expensive to resolve general network issues by
remote access. The main cost reduction is by not having to request
an onsite visit by an engineer. This helps you because engineers
are more readily available for more urgent network issues e.g. server
down. There will however, be occasions where an engineer will need
to visit your site to resolve a particular issue
this is where
the Costs Saver Rates kick in.

The cost
for remote support is on a per server basis, however there is
an automatic discount
for second and subsequent multiple sites
(20% for monthly payment and 36% for annual payment in advance). |

There are
two associated payment options i.e. Monthly
Direct Debit (Standard Rate or annually in full (Cost saver
Rate) for which we will reward you
with a 20% discount on the normal rate. |
