There is no getting away from the fact that there will be occasions when an engineer will need to visit your site to carry out various network support functions. In order to minimize your costs, we give you the choice (in advance) as to the amount of savings you wish to make. You can reduce your network support cost significantly.

Like all other aspects of our network support there are guidelines for requesting on-site engineer visit. This usually comes about as a direct request from the client, or as a result of discussions from a help desk call, or remote support. All support requests are detailed in your monthly report.

There are huge savings to be made should you wish to purchase multiple engineering days in advance. Additional discounts are then available from 5% discount (single day) to 30% (5+ days).
