Our telephone help-desk
is your first port of call for any support issues that you may have.
We have a structured approach that ensures that we log your call,
deal with it as quickily as possible (if not immediately) and ongoing
tracking to completion should we need to return to the issues raised.
All of our help desk-engineers
are fully trained field engineers who are continually in the process
of upgrading their skills set. They will all have (or access to)
first hand experience in the areas that you are like to require
support.
Alpha's telephone help-desk is offered on
a per site basis and is the minimum mandatory support contract for
any company requesting the Corporate SupportPAC.

By registering
for the telephone support you firstly get access to the other
network services, and secondly, the entitlement to purchase
these services at your preferred Alpha Cost
Saver Rate. |

This service
module includes unlimited telephone and email support. It will
also give you full access to the secure client area on our intranet
when it becomes available. |

There is
an automatic discount for second and subsequent multiple sites
(20% for monthly payment and 36% for annual payment in advance). |

There are
two associated payment options i.e. Monthly Direct Debit (Standard
Rate or annually in full (Cost saver Rate) for which we will
reward you with a 20% discount on the normal rate. |
