Target Audience
Alpha Enterprise SupportPAC™ is
designed for Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) with a
server based network of 6 or more PCs.
It is for clients who would rather their staff got on with what
they are best at i.e. taking care of business, whilst letting us
do what we are best at i.e. supporting your IT network.
Benefits

receive total network support for
a fixed monthly fee. The support time purchased can be used for
the following module in any combinations:
Another key benefit of the Enterprise SupportPAC™
option is the significant savings
(between 26% and 38%) that can be
enjoyed on the Alpha Standard Daily Rate. Simply put: the more support
time you buy the more cost-effective it becomes.
How does it work?
Essentially you agree to purchase a fixed
amount of support hours each month. You are then given free rein
to draw down against the support time that you have paid for.
Whenever you request support we will simply
deduct the amount of units used from the amount that you purchased.
The only proviso is that if you require more units than were purchased
then the additional time is charged at the excess day rate.
The bottom line is that if you regularly
find yourself using more units than your initially estimated then
it is a simple matter for us to upgrade you to a higher usage band
for subsequent use.
The downside is that there is NO rollover
of unused units… i.e. your balance resorts to zero at the end
of each month. The upside is that you are paying for support at
a SIGNIFICANTLY
reduced rate i.e. between 26%
and 38% discount to the Standard Daily Rate.
