Our pricing structure is designed around a day
made up of 30 x 15 minute units. This is the basic time around which
we calculate support that is offered.

Telephone
Support (StarterPAC & Enterprise SupporPAC)
time is calculated and deducted from your account to the nearest
unit i.e. 15 minutes. The reason for this is that our analysis
shows that the average time taken for an in-depth support call
is between 10 and 20 minutes. |

A-hoc engineering:
All onsite visits are calculated to the nearest unit after the
first hour. This is a marked contrast to the normal practice
of charging to the nearest hour throughout the day. |
Monthly
Accounts
Part of our remit is to
ensure that we keep the line of communication at all times. To that
end we will send you a detailed report on a monthly basis that shows
you how much support you used and how this is broken down.
