Anti-virus updates can be carried remotely by our support team or on site as part of a Scheduled Maintenance Visit (SMV). If you wish to have Alpha carry out your anti-virus remotely then you must be registered and configured for the Alpha Remote Support module as a pre-requisite.

		Weekly updates: 52 updates
		Fortnightly updates: 26 updates
		Monthly: Not recommended as we do not believe this frequent enough to protect your network.
