Support Executive/Support Consultant
Alpha is a fast growing IT Solutions Provider,
based in New Malden, Surrey. We have opportunities to join our reactive
support team. These are advanced support roles where you will be
encouraged to use your analytical and problem solving skills in
customer-facing situations.
You will need enthusiasm and a willingness to
continually learn and stay ahead of a fast moving IT industry. This
is an interesting and challenging role. You will also require experience
of Intel platform LAN infrastructure and Microsoft products.
Part of a team responsible for providing first
and second line hardware and software support, implementing new
technologies and recommending improvements in procedures and processes.
Helping to nurture and develop excellent customer
relations, analysing and providing expert diagnosis of problems
and performing user acceptance testing to ensure quality of solution
provided.
Highly experienced in server technologies, network
protocols and desktop applications you should have a proactive and
customer service focused approach.
